Mr. P.T. Ummer Koya filled an application No.755 of 2005 in CS No.52 of 2005 praying the Hon'able Court Chennai to revoke the leave to sue granted in application No.279/05 on 24.01.2005. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.Ravirajapandian of the High Court of Judicature at Madras passed the following order. "The application for revocation of leave cannot be allowed and the same is dismissed".
