A VIP Visits AICF Office 01

who was the first to get the Gold in Under - 10 Girls Category for India in the
Asian youth Chess Championship held at Iran, trooped into the AICF Head Quarters
at Chennai along with her mother today, where she was warmly welcomed by the
Hon.Secretary and the staff of the AICF with a shawl and garland.

Three Indian
girls and three Indian boys helped our nation to win half the titles on
stake in the Asian Youth Chess Championship that concluded in Iran on
July 21. Though fifty percent score is a massive performance by our tiny
stars, we had done better when he hosted the same event in Delhi a
couple of years before.
P. Uthra bagged the second gold for India with a safe
