Rules
1.
The tournament will be conducted as per the latest FIDE Rules.
2.
Time control: will be a session of 2 hours each
3.
Latest Tie break rules as stipulated in the FIDE rules.
4.
No prizes will be shared.
5.
Players are requested to bring their own chess clocks.
6.
Protest if any, shall be lodged within 15 minutes of the
incidence with a fee of Rs.500/-
7.
AICF Registration for 2007-08 is compulsory for all players.
Registered players should produce the proof.
8.
Tournament committee has the right to accept or reject any entry
with any reason.
9.
The decision of the Appeals committee/Chief Arbiter will be
final.
10.
The organizers of the tournament will reserve the right to make
the necessary changes pertaining to the tournament.

Railway Station(in the konkan railway zone) which is about 5 kms. From

city within a kilometer from the Venue. The Airport is located in Bajpe in
the outskirts of Mangalore city. There is airport taxi service to reach
Mangalore.
Weather:
